• Through Authentication: We collect your name and email address using OAuth2 authentication from your Google or Microsoft account. User authentication is done using Azure B2C and is protected by the Microsoft Privacy Policy.
• Chat Interactions: We collect chat data during your interactions with our AI chat assistants.
• Telemetry: Automated collection of usage data through in-app tracking technology to enhance user experience and improve the app.

6. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

• User Identification: Your name and email address help us identify you and manage your account.
• Service Provision: Chat data is used to provide personalized AI chatbot services.
• App Improvement: Telemetry data helps us understand how you use the app and make necessary improvements.

We do not use personal data for automated decision-making or profiling.

• Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service: For essential functionality of our AI chat assistants. Azure OpenAI is protected by the Microsoft Privacy Policy.

• Location: Personal data is stored in the EU and the US.
• Retention Period: Conversation history is stored until the user deletes it in the EU, and up to 30 days in the US according to Microsoft Privacy Policy. Usage telemetry data, which does not contain personal data, is stored for up to 1 year.
• Security Measures: We use end-to-end encryption and modern access controls to protect your data.

9. User Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: You can access your personal data.
• Deletion: You can delete your personal data.

Your completions data:

• Are NOT available to other customers.
• Are NOT available to OpenAI.
• Are NOT used to improve OpenAI models.
• Are NOT used to improve any Microsoft or third-party products or services.
• Are NOT used for automatically improving Azure OpenAI models for your use.
• Are available exclusively for your use.
• The Azure OpenAI Service is fully controlled by Microsoft and does NOT interact with any services operated by OpenAI.
